The Costume Design Degree has presented a vast array of learning opportunities for us; from millinery to corsetry to figure drawing and live performance. Projects have taken us from turn of the century Paris to London in the 90's, and through them we have learnt to extract information from a character or setting to create powerful and appropriate costumes.
Working with directors and choreographers has taught us the importance of establishing close working relationships; an important skill when designing costumes for performance. We bring our passion for costume to every projects, drawing on periods and influences relevant to the text.
